In conjunction with Companeros, the Esmeralda Palacios Preschool in Barrio Augusto Cesar Sandino in Managua underwent a complete renovation.

A new roof (including new beams and eavestrouphing), new cement floors, a new paint job, a new bathroom, repaired desks... You name it & it was redone.

Then the project was expanded to include a sewer connection (see separate entry).

The preschool is brand-spanking new for the over 100 children who attend it on a daily basis!
